HOW IT WORKS

Step 1:
Book a call with me so we can both be sure that we're a good fit to work together.

Step 2:
Once we've confirmed that we'll work together, we'll book a full day for us to spend together online. I'll send an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The final 50% will be due the day before our full day booking. 

Step 3:
I'll send over pre-work materials for you to work on ahead of our call. We'll have a 40-minute call a week prior to our full day.

Step 4:
On the morning of our full day together, I will spend the first 90 minutes pulling together home page concepts for you to review. I will also have given you a website-related task to work on independently too.  We will communicate through Facebook Messenger on the day or another instant messaging platform of your choice, so we can stay in touch and keep focus. 

Step 5: 
The following day, I will optimise your pages for mobile, search engines, add legal pages and tweak things to ensure that everything is running smoothly, and put the site live.

Step 6:
In the next day or so, I'll prepare video tutorials so you're confident in making the most common changes on your site eg. adding blog posts, tweaking text, changing imagery. 

Step 7: 
Once we’ve completed our day together, I’ll be available to you for 30 days via email or Messenger, so that you can reach out if you need help with anything related to the work that we completed.

FUTURE SUPPORT

Your website is able to grow and evolve with you. If you need more work on your website further down the line which you're not confident to complete yourself, you can book another day with me, or you can book a couple of Power Hour sessions at a reduced rate.
